Responsibilities and Duties

Meet 4-5 homeowners per day to provide an in-home project plan/scope and schedule projects using an advanced technology platform
Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, text, and email
Manage active projects (avg 2-4 at a given time)
Interview and Onboard new PROs to join your team (3-4 PROs per territory on average)

Requirements

Experience in sales or real estate or remodeling or construction
You are hard-working, driven and motivated to grow (professionally and financially)
You are a leader and are ready to take the next step in your career
Have a car, phone and iPad (before starting)

You want to grow in your knowledge and experience and be rewarded financially for your hard work and contributions. <h3>Position Overview:</h3>You will take all the skills and knowledge you learned as a Superintendent and apply those as a Pronto Project Manager to lead the development of an entire territory of your own. You will work directly with homeowners and PROs to see projects through from inception to completion.
