Position Overview: Join a highly regarded commercial real estate firm in downtown Miami as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal . In this role, you will provide vital support to attorneys throughout all stages of complex real estate transactions, from contract negotiations to post-closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing documents from contract initiation to closing.
Conduct detailed due diligence, such as reviewing titles, surveys, drafting title objection letters, reviewing leases, and performing municipal lien, UCC, judgment, litigation, and lien searches. Prepare organizational documents and support entity formation for commercial deals. Draft and manage closing checklists, timelines, title commitments, closing statements, affidavits, and entity authorizations.
Coordinate and maintain closing binders and transaction documentation for both local and national deals. Provide general paralegal assistance as needed to support the legal team. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with demonstrated expertise in the field.
Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certification preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling complex legal documents. Excellent communication skills for maintaining effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Windows-based software. Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility for overtime as required.
