The Role: IONNA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse commercial real estate transactions and contribute to our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze title documents, topographic surveys, and ALTA surveys Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial real estate contracts and agreements Prepare and manage real estate transaction documents Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions Create and maintain organized filing systems for all real estate matters Draft correspondence, memos, and other legal documents as needed Collaborate closely with attorneys and other team members on various projects Perform legal research and prepare reports on findings Assist with document management and contract execution processes Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department Demonstrable experience with commercial real estate transactions, including reviewing title documents, topographic surveys, and ALTA surveys.
Effective written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
