Real Estate Paralegal

D|R Law / Nest Title Company LLC is seeking an experienced paralegal with a concentrated background in residential real estate conveyancing. We look for an individual who is committed to client satisfaction with a strong attention to detail.

Desired qualifications in a candidate include: Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage loan closing process from beginning to end, including preparing Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements, balancing files, and interacting with lenders, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and clients. The ability to work independently is a must.

Minimum qualifications for successful candidates must include a minimum of five years as a real estate paralegal; have the ability to prepare title commitments and policies; possess knowledge of conveyancing software (E-Closing/ClosingVue is a plus).
