Job Description Job Description About the Opportunity This is an opportunity for a highly-skilled Manager for an established residential real estate brokerage firm. The individual should be an articulate professional with a passion for delivering and ensuring excellent customer service.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy real estate office environment, are paramount. Candidates must be team players who take initiative and are detail-oriented, with problem-solving experience. Strong communication skills are also essential.

Roles and Responsibilities : Answering phones and handling client inquiries Conduct introductory rental & sales phone conversations with clients Prepare traffic reports Compile and update open house Information Assign clients to our associates and managing calendars Support our agents with managing residential deals and processing paperwork Educate customers on the rental process Establish/build rapport and interacting with agents and landlords Participate in recruiting and training and assisting with business development projects Work closely with assistant manager, listings manager, and executive assistant Participate in weekly management meetings Ensure a top-notch customer experience Organize and maintain files and calendars Day-to-day management functions Qualifications: Valid NY State Real Estate license is required Must have significant Manhattan residential real estate experience 4 year college degree required Strong values and high ethics Winning “can do” attitude Excellent organization and problem-solving skills Commitment to provide excellent customer service Strong computer skills Superior phone etiquette Ability to demonstrate good judgment Responsiveness - fast-paced industry A warm & friendly demeanor Compensation & Benefits 100-125K base salary Generous PTO Health and Dental Benefits 401K To apply, send resume and salary requirements to: Concetta Raz Concettaupwardon.com
