Real Estate Manager

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Real Estate Manager to join our team in Minneapolis!

Some things you can expect to do:

• Prepare and manage annual budgets for approval by owner

• Monitor adherence to budget, management agreement and easements, and operating agreements

• Monitor competitive bidding, hiring, and supervision of vendors and subcontractors

• Schedule regular property inspections to target areas for improvement and identify risk management issues

• Meet monthly reporting deadlines with well-executed narrative and variance explanation

• Create and anticipate opportunities for increasing revenue

• Review leases and prepare appropriate documents

• Proactively manage relationship with building principals with a focus on tenant and stakeholder satisfaction

• Assist with acquisition/disposition process for assets bought/sold

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of real estate management experience, and a bachelor's degree in business, economics, real estate, or related area of study, or commensurate work experience. You will have accounting/financial knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a creative helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. Experience collaborating and working in a team setting is required. Must have an advanced level of understanding with Word and Excel, LEED and WELL processes and certifications. A Minnesota Real Estate License is required for consideration.

You will really stand out if you have:

• Yardi, MRI, Nexus or other real estate accounting software experience

• CCIM, CPM, or RPA professional designation

• Class A concierge level management experience

• An interest in medical and healthcare management
