Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Are you a litigation attorney with a passion for construction, real estate, and land use law? LHH is working with the Boston office of a business boutique firm looking for a Real Estate Litigation Associate to join their team.

What You’ll Do: Handle a variety of litigation cases, with a focus on construction, real estate, and land use disputes. Represent owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in all aspects of construction transactions and disputes.

Advocate before zoning and planning boards and other municipal agencies in a wide range of land use and regulatory matters. Work directly with experienced attorneys and a supportive team. Engage in business development with a clear path to partnership.

Ideal Candidate: 2 years of litigation experience. Hands-on experience with depositions, motion practice, discovery, and pleadings. Eager to grow professionally and develop your own client base.

Perks: Competitive salary: $125,000 - $140,000. Soft 1750-hour billable requirement. 100% firm-paid medical insurance. Business development incentives: 20% origination credit paid monthly.
