This position will serve as the real estate analyst to perform financial analysis, presentations, memos and projects led by the Life Time real estate and construction division. The team works on the acquisition, entitlement, design and construction of world class Healthy Way of Life destinations including mixed-use and multifamily assets.

The work is fast paced, demanding and intellectually stimulating. We look for candidates with excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills. You must have the ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines, and have the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions. You should also be adaptable, able to manage projects independently, and ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team.

You will conduct day to day business in an effort to create a culture of collaboration, providing leadership in the fulfillment of Life Time's Mission Statement & the divisional goal of being a premier design, build, developer.

Examples of Work Performed

  • Financial modeling for real estate multifamily and development deals

  • Assist with asset management of existing and future multifamily deals

  • Assist with strategic planning for current and future real estate development deals

  • Manage relationships with senior staff and from time-to-time have direct contact with the CEO and Ownership

  • Perform ad hoc analysis related to special topics and assignments

  • Create ownership materials and presentations for specific deals

  • Work collaboratively with all areas of Life Time including real estate, architecture, construction, legal and finance



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting and/or real estate


  • 5 years of experience in commercial real estate with multifamily preferred

Microsoft Office:

  • Substantial experience and capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required

  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software

  • Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
