Washington, DC Salary: $80-100K Work Environment: 3 days in office/ 2 days remote (Tuesday/Wednesday are required to be onsite) Weekly hours: DC: 37.5 / Baltimore 35 Minimum billable hour requirement: 1,500 Commercial real estate experience is pertinent to the role Title and survey review is required General experience with due diligence processes prior to a closing, is required Our client is seeking a qualified candidate with experience in commercial real estate due diligence. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and responsibilities:

Due Diligence Review : Analyze commercial real estate documents, including title, survey, zoning, organizational documents, resolutions, and UCC/litigation searches. Document Drafting : Prepare estoppel certificates and Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment agreements (SNDAs). Abstracting : Abstract complex recorded title documents such as ground leases, CCRs, and easements. Closing Coordination : Manage, coordinate, and track closing and post-closing documents effectively.

Communication : Interface directly with title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel. Independent Work : Work well independently while managing multiple deadlines and workflows. Detail-Oriented : Maintain strong attention to detail throughout all tasks. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
