Oversees and implements changes to Lucernex pertaining to Expansion Committee and Lease Review Meeting including scheduling and budgets. Provides support to Management as needed on projects and data entry.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversees and maintains various workflows in the Expansion Committee/Lease Review presentations process.
Processes and reviews Budgets presented at both Expansion Committee and Store Project Meeting.
Acts as liaison between Real Estate and Legal on items pertaining to Expansion Committee.
Assists others in the Real Estate department as needed on certain special projects.
Oversees the monthly Relocation meeting, including minutes and agendas.
Processes invoices and organizes schedules for ICSC each year.
Organizes the Region Review meetings, agendas, and the distribution of minutes.
Oversees payment of miscellaneous contract expenses, such as Costar, Buxton, and Tango.
Oversees UHUB forms and reporting data, to ensure that all forms are open and complete.
Acts as Lucernex leader for Site Acquisitions and performs data entry as needed in Lucernex.
Provide support to senior management on scheduling, approval reviews, document organization, etc.
All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient with all types of office and computer equipment
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Organizational and time management skills
Desired:
Computer Programming Degree
Ability to lead
