Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing

Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal process

Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs

Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc

Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance

Coordinate moving/possession schedules

Schedule, coordinate & attend closing process

Input all client information into client database system

Schedule 30 day, 90 day, 120 day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals

Requirements

Indiana Real Estate License preferred but not required

Strongly prefer candidates with closing coordinator experience.

Experience with Dotloop

BLC Listing cooperative experience a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines

Job Summary: The Associate Real Estate Analyst will gather, stabilize, maintain and interpret in-depth information from a variety of sources to assess the market's economic environment and evaluate real estate opportunities and trends for JD Finish Line by performing the following main duties: * Develop analysis and generate reports using criteria such as property type, location, price, occupancy and lease rates to enhance business partners' understanding of market trends and investment opportunities. * Analyze financial performance of potential and current properties and portfolios and prepare/present investment statements, leases, taxes and insurance and strategic planning recommendations. * Perform local, national and international real estate market analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory. * Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends. * Extract data from various sources and merge data into meaningful reports. * Execute ad hoc Real Estate and Leasing administrative activities, such as billing matters. * Present results of analysis in a clear and concise manner. * Serve as a resource for financial analyst to multiple internal customer groups such as; finance, real estate and retail/store operations. * Manages real estate operations projects throughout the lifecycle of assessment through execution and implementation. * Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. * Supports other key initiatives and strategies through operational analytics that quantify results through structured approach and rigorous analysis. * Additional duties and projects as required. Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or other related major and 1 - 3 years' additional experience as an Analyst, with real estate experience strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Computer and/or Technical Skills Should have strong proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with advanced Excel/Sheets capabilities. Advanced MS Access experience is a plus. Core Competencies: Communication Skills Must be an effective communicator with internal and external individuals at all levels. This includes spoken, written, electronic, and presentation skills. Communication should be consistently constructive and professional. Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Able to analyze results at a micro and macro level and present findings. Makes routine decisions following established policies and procedures; collaborates with manager to gain assistance when complex issues arise.
