Real Estate Buyer Agent
As a Real Estate Buyer Agent at Houwzer, youll guide home buyers through the entire real estate transaction from consultation to closing. Using your real estate expertise, youll establish trust and competency with home buyers and deliver a high-touch, outstanding experience. Data entry is also important to this role and you will have to maintain accurate data on all leads and clients in the Houwzer CRM.
Heres What Youll Do:
Nurture assigned leads by responding promptly to all incoming inquiries and documenting them in the Houwzer CRM
Develop a personal sphere (Circle of Influence) to build a network of new client leads, and convert leads into active buyers.
Conduct Buyer Consultations as needed
Counsel and advise home buyers by educating them on and guiding them through the transaction process
Schedule and attend property showings, inspections, and settlements
Attend a minimum of one weeknight and weekend Open Houses
Negotiate throughout the transaction process on behalf of your clients, including offer price, reply to inspections, and appraisal outcome
Network with potential clients, developers, and other agents
To Get in the Door, We Need You to Have:
A current and valid Real Estate Salesperson License or Broker License the state where youll work
Experience working with relevant technologies such as Bright MLS, Copper CRM, Zillow and Trulia, Google Applications (G-Suite), as well as mobile technology
A positive do whatever it takes and all hands on deck attitude
Project management skills and high attention to detail
The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed by clients
Excellent communication skills and the ability to network in order to build your business
A dedication to customer service and an alignment with our mission and values
Real Estate Agents at Houwzer receive a base salary, plus bonuses!
We provide a bonus per each successful transaction, as well as a tiered-bonus structure based on the total number of annual deals closed.
Houwzer also covers the cost of most agent fees! Well pay for your license renewal, your access to the MLS, CRM, and marketing support.
