As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for marketing listings, assisting buyers and sellers, and providing guidance throughout the buying and selling process. This is a fantastic opportunity for growth in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lists of properties available for sale
• Showcase properties to potential buyers in a friendly and informative manner
• Assist sellers in effectively marketing their properties to attract favorable offers
• Guide buyers and sellers through the negotiation and transaction process
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
• Trustworthy and reliable with a track record of producing results
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
