As a Real Estate Broker, you will play a crucial role in connecting sellers and buyers, marketing listings, and providing guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
• Showcase and promote real estate properties to potential buyers
• Assist sellers in effectively marketing their properties to attract favorable offers
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices

Requirements

• Exceptional people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation and effective communication
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years old or above
