Our Redmond office is looking for a professional Real Estate Broker to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Broker's responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
  • Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
  • Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
  • Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other external stakeholders
  • Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales is plus
  • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
  • Trustworthy and results-driven
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Must be 18+
  • Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated capability to support the execution of complex design and construction projects and advise on a wide variety of related issues including real estate and commercial transactions, entitlements, land use, compliance, health &amp; safety, and dispute resolution. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (except as noted below); the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.</p><p>At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock.
