Responsibilities:

• Market listings and promote properties to potential buyers
• Provide guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as contractors and attorneys, to ensure smooth transactions
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices
• Manage and maintain a list of properties for sale

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
