We are seeking an associate attorney with significant experience in commercial real estate law to support and lead complex real estate transactions. This attorney will be involved in a wide range of matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, finance, joint ventures, and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale commercial projects and a strong understanding of Florida real estate law.

Key Responsibilities: Representing clients in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, leasing, and finance. Advising clients on real estate matters related to zoning, land use, title, and environmental issues.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, loan agreements, and development agreements. Managing all aspects of commercial real estate closings, including coordination with title companies, lenders, and other third parties. Providing strategic legal advice to clients, assisting with risk management, and offering practical solutions for complex real estate matters.

Conducting legal due diligence and preparing reports for clients. Collaborating with other departments within the firm on matters involving real estate and corporate law. Engaging in business development efforts, including client meetings, networking, and writing articles or participating in speaking engagements.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Active Florida bar membership 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a focus on transactions, leasing, and development. Strong understanding of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
