The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with a focus on commercial transactions.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. Responsibilities: Represent clients in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.

Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review. Advise clients on real estate matters, including zoning, land use, and environmental issues. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. Skills/Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Florida Bar. 3-5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial transactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
