Real Estate Associate Attorney

The Orlando office of Akerman LLP seeks an Associate with 1 to 3 years of experience in transactional real estate matters, including, but not limited to, representing developers and homebuilders in the acquisition, development, and disposition of real property. The successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, be proactive and detail-oriented, and work well on a team.

Experience with drafting purchase and sale agreements, performing title and survey review, and commercial contract administration a plus. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
