Job Summary

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in the key areas of recruiting agents, agent training and development, technology support and general office/agent support. The Assistant Manager is expected to support and promote all company products, services, programs and personnel in order to fulfill the company’s vision of delivering an extraordinary real estate experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position with our Lincoln Park brokerage office located at 2526 N. Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60614.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of effective training techniques and training development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comprehensive understanding of contracts and negotiations
• Strong social media and marketing skills
• High capacity of technology usage in real estate industry
• Ability to develop and implement streamlined processes and systems
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Prior sales management experience preferred
• 3+ years real estate sales experience required
• Must hold an active Illinois Managing Broker’s License or obtain license within six months from date of employment
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and be willing to travel to various company locations
