Real Estate Analyst

Are you a recent grad with a passion for real estate? Newline Financial, a growing Chicago based real estate firm, is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing acquisition opportunities, supporting our servicing and property management teams, generating reporting and a variety of projects across the organization.

• Analyze real estate and real estate related opportunities for acquisition
• Support the property management team in leasing and collections
• Coordinate the analysis and sale of real estate inventory
• Generate ad hoc and periodic reporting and analysis
• Drive value add projects organization wide from start to finish

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in Office, including Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights
• Brokerage license is a plus
