Jupiter seeks to grow its team with the recruitment of candidate to serve as Real Estate Analyst, reporting to the Associate Counsel, Real Estate.

Principal Responsibilities

Work across teams within the Company to support execution of key tasks including those listed below.

• Input and maintain detailed data of site control in Company databases.

• Analyze contractual requirements for site control instruments and prepare reports for use within the business.

• Assist the business and legal department by, drafting, reviewing and negotiating site control agreements and related real estate instruments.

• Review insurance requirements and confirm we have appropriate insurance for each contract.

• Secure signatures and serve as notary, if necessary.

• Archive agreements in Sharepoint and other Company databases.

• Confirm receipt of W-9 before payments pursuant to applicable site control instruments.

• Coordinate with accounting to confirm payments.

• Coordinate with legal department to record agreements.

• Schedule date sensitive non-financial obligations in Company databases.

• Manage real estate closings including outline and track closing deadlines and milestones, payments and prepare final documents. Coordinate with legal counsel, accounting, development, title company and other applicable parties for closing.

• Coordinate with the development team to manage and handle matters related to late-stage development projects including working with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders across the company.

• Track expirations and termination of site control instruments.

• Manage termination of site control instruments in accordance with Company policies.

• Assist in title related matters include procuring and analyzing title commitments and advising on curative measures.

• Assist in due diligence and various aspect of financing and M&A transactions.

• Coordinate with the development team to manage and handle matters related to late-stage development projects including working with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders across the company.
