We are currently looking for a friendly and professional Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent at Windermere, you will have the opportunity to connect sellers and buyers, market listings, and offer guidance to clients in their real estate journey.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is eager to grow their career in real estate and has a natural flair for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
• Understand clients' needs and propose effective solutions
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property value
• Show and promote properties to potential buyers
• Advertise listings through various marketing channels

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Demonstrated aptitude in negotiation and sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively sell properties
• Must be 18 years or older
