Our Hood Canal office is looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Agent's responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability

Requirements

• Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be 18+
