Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide guidance in marketing and purchasing property
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose appropriate solutions
• Promote properties through various marketing channels and techniques
• Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract favorable offers
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
