As a Real Estate Agent, you will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance, marketing listings, and assisting in property transactions. Responsibilities

• Build relationships and provide guidance to sellers and buyers to facilitate successful property transactions
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine the value of properties
• Market and showcase properties to potential buyers through various channels
• Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract favorable offers
• Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and best practices

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Trustworthy, reliable, and results-driven
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
