As a Real Estate Agent, you will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the entire process. Responsibilities

• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
• Display and market real properties to potential buyers
• Promote sales through various advertising methods, open houses, and listing services

Requirements

• Excellent people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Trustworthy, reliable, and results-driven
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
