About the Role:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will join our passionate team at our Bellingham-Fairhaven office. You will play a crucial role as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the marketing and purchasing process. Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Display and market real property to potential buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork, contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Friendly, trustworthy, and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
