Our Office in Bellevue is currently seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Agent to facilitate transactions between sellers and buyers. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing listings, assisting clients with their real estate needs, and helping them achieve their goals. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
• Show and promote properties to potential buyers
• Advise clients on pricing strategies and negotiation techniques
• Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and best practices

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Knowledge of MS Office and real estate software
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years old or older
