Who You Are:

  • You have at least a years experience locating real estate talent
  • You have your Real Estate or Brokers License
  • You have EXCELLENT verbal, phone prospecting, and follow up skills
  • Youve done some cold calling in your past
  • Any experience in the distressed market is important- youve closed some short sales in your career
  • Youre good at learning new systems and programs quickly, like our ATS system Greenhouse
  • Youre adaptable and can handle change in a fast growth environment

What Youll Do:

  • Create and manage job postings through a variety of sources and networks
  • You'll be the broker of record
  • Screen resumes to identify the best qualified candidates for each position
  • Contact targeted agents and present the exclusive opportunity they have to join our team
  • Hire exclusive talent for our sales side: Agents, Door Knockers, telemarketers, processing
  • Review, update and present pipeline to management daily
  • Evaluate posting results on a daily basis and recommend adjustments for best results
  • Continue to train and develop the agents on our team
  • Prepare, organize, underwrite and evaluate candidate files prior to recommendation to the next step in the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and schedule hiring manager and panel interviews for qualified candidates

The individual must be an expert in Real Time Embedded Software Systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing highly complex requirements, overseeing and providing technical guidance in the development of new software architecture designs for embedded software systems that include applications, board support package and low level libraries. The individual must have the ability to understand and employ Raytheon software development processes during each phase of the software development cycle. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment Required Skills: * 12+ years' experience in real-time embedded systems design and architecture. * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other technical degree. * Experience developing the requirements, architecture, and design for a System from the ground up. * Familiarity with System modeling and the ability to describe the System using standard artifacts (e.g. DoDAF, SysML, UML). * Experience creating UML artifacts to fully describe software architecture and design. * Experience estimating and justifying size/cost/schedule of a software development effort. * Expertise in low-level technical kernel/processor hardware. * Experience developing and testing multi-core and real-time multi-threaded systems. * Familiarity with I/O (SpW/I2C/SPI/SRIO/PCI/PCIe). * Familiar with software life cycle. * US Citizen. * SCI with in-scope SSBI within 5 years * OR * Top Secret with in-scope SSBI investigated within 5 years. Desired Skills: * Master's or PhD in Computer Engineering, Math or other technical degree. * Detailed background in developing Secure Operating Systems. * Experience in BSP and embedded software development using VxWorks, Green Hills Integrity, or Linux. * Competence in embedded software debugging and analysis tools (e.g. JTAG, GDB, etc.). * Good understanding of different microprocessor architectures (e.g. PPC, x86, etc.). * Understanding of agile (and other) software methodologies. * Experience with large scale sensor data processing/distributed parallel processing. * Familiarity with cloud technologies. * Familiarity with cyber security or cryptography. * Experience with customer interface. * Ability to present to various levels of internal and external (customer) management.
