Regardless if 2022 was your best year in production or not, The Every Door Team can help you close out 10 transactions before the end of the year. We hang our hat on delivering 3 things at an insanely high level; Leads, Training Support. You may have heard that before, but when we say it…we mean it.

Agents on our team are consistently opening 2-3 transactions a month within their first 45 days on the team…all thanks to our tangible, transaction ready lead flow. Every agent that joins our team goes through an onboarding process where we really drill down how to convert online leads at a very very high level…because at the end of the day, it’s a means to an end. Using these internet leads to grow your book of business at an accelerated pace - so your repeat and referral business gets that much better What you’ll be doing on a day to day basis:

Help both buyers and sellers transact - the right way. Prepare purchase contracts listing agreements like a machine Prepare comps and CMA’s to help your sellers determine intelligent pricing. Follow up with clients past present and future to ensure the ball never gets dropped.
