This role includes making the initial contact for people looking to sell their properties and/or land. Joyce Reid Capital is an investment company that focuses on acquiring and reselling off market real estate primarily through avenues such as tax sales, probate sales, estate sales and any one else looking to liquidate unwanted real estate. You would be responsible for scheduling walk throughs of the properties, assessing repairs/renovations needed, negotiating pricing directly with seller, and executing sales agreements. You would also be responsible for selling your acquired deals either before Joyce Reid closes on them or after we've made the purchase. Approximately 75% of the deals you do will be wholesale deals, with the remaining being flips or rentals. There will be an extensive 4-6 week training period where you get to learn directly from the owner's of the company, who have been doing off market real estate deals for 8 years.
Real Estate Experience (preferably investment experience)

Base pay of $24,000 per year plus commission.
