Description:

This position will provide services to various nonpublic schools in the LIU 12 region, assess students in need of remediation and support; plan, design and provide supplemental reading and/or math instruction for students who have been identified; provide consultation on instructional strategies to nonpublic school staff.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree, required.

• PA Reading Specialist PK - 12 certification, required.

• PA Instructional Certification: Elementary Education K-6 required or Math, Gr. 4-8, 6-9 or 7-12, required.

• 3 years teaching experience, preferred.

• Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.

Terms of Employment:

Full-time, 188-days

Salary: LIUEA Professional Pay Scale (Masters min. $53,450) plus benefits*
