Write an explanation indicating that your credential has not yet been issued, but has been filed for. Save the document as a pdf., and upload it to your scanned documents for submission with your application.

  • Credential Copy (Copy of Credential or "Details of Selected Credential" print-out from the CTC website. )

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Minimum three current letters of recommendation/reference signed and dated; one must be from previous supervisor.)
