Reading Intervention Teacher- Tk-2

The Winters Joint Unified School District serves approximately 1550 students within the city of Winters and from the surrounding unincorporated areas of Yolo and Solano counties.

The District schools include: Waggoner Elementary School (TK - 2), Shirley Rominger Intermediate School (3-5), Winters Middle School (6 - 8), Winters High School (9 - 12), Wolfskill Continuation High School / Career Readiness Academy (grades 9 - 12), and the Winters State Preschool Center and Head Start Program. The District employs approximately 200 employees and is the 2nd largest employer in Winters.

Looking for a dynamic teacher to join our team at Waggoner Elementary School This position will lead TK-2 reading intervention. Full time- open to 0.8 FTE schedule.

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance offered. District pays $760- $860 towards insurance. This covers a single person mid-range medical plan plus single dental. Position is CalSTRS eligible.

Valid Multiple Subject California teaching credential and Reading Certificate BCLAD preferred. Intern-qualified candidates will be considered.
