The Role:

As a Retina Mobility Testing Reading Center Grader at Ora, you will be on a team of like-minded individuals serving as a primary contact to internal personnel. You will grade/evaluate multiple sites' mobility course videos and ensure that the course administration is properly performed.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure that grading is performed in accordance with protocol specific grading criteria provided from

reading center manager.

  • Enter video grades into an electronic database.

  • Encrypt electronic database after final score entry.

  • Review and grade subject mobility videos based on course specific criteria (Incidents, collisions with

obstacles, time to complete, stepping completely off navigation path, verbal statement of incapability,

etc.).

  • Consult with other graders for video data that requires roundtable clarification

  • Adhere to all aspects of Ora's quality system.

  • Adhere to all essential systems and processes that are required at Ora to maintain compliance to Ora's data integrity & business ethics and regulatory requirements.

  • Clear and sustained demonstration of Ora's values -- prioritizing kindness, operational excellence, cultivating joy and scientific rigor - as well as their linked behaviors.

  • Responsibilities may differ from the above based on the specific needs of the business.

  • Associate's Degree, or equivalent training and work experience. Recent grads will be considered..

  • Additional Skills and Attributes:

  • A strong interest in clinical studies and enjoy interacting with patients

  • The ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong research experience is preferable

  • A team player attitude

  • A bachelor's degree in Nursing or Life Sciences is preferable

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office Platforms

Benefit Eligibility: Full-time employees of Ora working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Our per diem workforce is eligible for Medical and Dental coverage once they have hit 6 months of service and work an average of 30 hours per week.
