REACT JS TECHNICAL LEAD

Looking for hands-on React JS Technical Lead with experience in developing applications using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Mentor Junior ReactJS developers within the team on technical front with 7 to 9 years of experience.

Location: El Segundo, CA or Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Executes standard software solutions, design, development and technical troubleshooting.

• Sets the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices and collaboration.

• Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.

• Participates in all phases of software development life cycle.

• Work efficiently and collaboratively in an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) team environment.

• Responsible for design and delivery of high-quality features that aligns with standards.

• Mentor's others on coding standards and performs code reviews.

• Provides on call support and monitors the system and identifies system deficiencies.

• Participate in Architecture and Engineering code and design reviews.

• Create and execute automated test plans/strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers/architects and clients to validate test environments, test data and test results.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area with 7-9 years developing and/or architecting large complex systems.

• Experience primarily with React JS.

• Experience in Redux Form, HTML, CSS3, CSS JS, JavaScript, and Node JS.

• Expertise with Public Cloud (Azure/AWS).

• Some basic knowledge in Java, Microservice, RESTful, Spring Boot.

• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing and operational stability.

• Strong communication skills and participates actively in discussions with business partners, architects, and the team members.

Salary and other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until June 24th, 2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $43,900.00 - 132,400.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
