Job Title: R&D Verification & Validation Engineer

Job Description

As an R&D Verification and Validation Engineer, your primary role will be to plan and execute design verification and validation activities. You will ensure regulatory compliance by inspecting, measuring, analyzing, auditing, calibrating, and testing various instrumentation, equipment, software/hardware, machines, and procedures. You will identify problems and their sources and implement quick and efficient corrections. Your responsibilities will include creating and documenting evidence trails to demonstrate the accuracy and adherence of testing procedures and protocols to regulatory standards. You will analyze test results and lead product design and failure investigations to determine root causes of defects, safety risks, and performance issues. Utilizing the data, you will provide risk assessments, identify mitigating factors, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will lead test method development activities, test and evaluate new and existing products, develop verification and validation protocols, and collaborate with design and development teams to provide input on product requirements.

Work Site
