Responsibilities
Keysight's Global Services Organization (KGSO) is an increasingly important contributor to Keysight's growth strategy. As such, we are looking for strong leaders to drive the organization to the next level of growth and operational excellence.
In this position, you will lead an engineering team responsible for introducing calibration software solutions to our customers, aligning with KGSO's Planning & Practice teams on strategy and priorities and working with global service centers to ensure we deliver the right services at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for developing project plans to meet timeline commitments, calibration requirements, and quality metrics
Align with KGSO's Planning & Practice team on strategy and priorities, ensuring adequate capacity to deliver on NPI commitments
Partner with Product teams to coordinate development for new product introductions and deliver calibration software aligned with product introduction plans
Delivering software to external customers including managing expectations of content, quality, and consistency
Adopt modern software development best practices, driving towards platform convergence and enabling productivity enhancements
Manage resource capacity and dependences to support of calibration software development
Lead and develop a diverse world class team to higher levels of contribution. Including, skill development, succession planning and talent acceleration

Qualifications
Job Qualifications
Bachelors or master's degree in electrical and/or software engineering
Demonstrated ability to manage change and deliver results with a focus on outcomes
Strong Leadership skills with ability to motivate, mentor, support, and develop team
Ability to collaborate across levels and organizations towards a common goal
Strong intuition and insights to drive operational excellence
Adheres to the highest levels of ethics, integrity, and compliance without exception
Expected or Desired Attributes
5-10 years in practical engineering experience
2-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
Outside in perspective with understanding of what drives customer success
Strong communications and teamwork skills
Rigorously use efficient and effective project management tools
Forward looking; willing to be bold, aggressive and look for/drive transformational growth; action oriented
Ability to build effective teams, foster engagement and develop people from the highest to lowest performers; actively manage performance

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
California pay range (Intermediate Level): MIN $153,000 - MAX$255,000
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
