SEMICONDUCTOR SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes and photomask technologies to our customers for integrated circuit fabrication and semiconductor packaging.

Job Purpose

Develop/formulate proprietary additives and components under the guidance of supervisor. Characterize the deposits by physical and chemical methods. Develop and implement analytical techniques for products and processes. Assist in production scale-up, field installation and trouble-shooting as necessary. Communicate with supervisor on project progress. Conduct all lab work in a safe manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Product development and formulation for surface treatments for the electronics industry including printed circuit boards, IC substrates and LED applications.

• Work with surface finishes designed for soldering is a positive

• Able to observe, analyze, calculate and interpret results, prepare reports and recommend further action based on results.

• Expected to suggest practical alternative approaches to problems

• Thorough literature and background information searching

• Accountable for a project and achieving specific technical goals within that project.

• Expected to deliver commercial success

• Responsibilities may include team leadership

Education

Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Relevant industry
