Job Summary We're looking for a Revenue Cycle Workflow Specialist to join our PharmScript team within our Revenue Cycle Operations department. As a Revenue Cycle Workflow Specialist, the ideal candidate ensures that all outstanding bills are tracked for daily census. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving problems and is dedicated to helping customers.

Responsibilities Evaluate customer accounts, convey appropriate information, research customer issues, and establish financial arrangements with customers Review and work to resolve AR delinquencies within assigned accounts, including escalation to management as may be required Execute follow-up inquiries on broken payment arrangements and to secure future promises to pay Prioritize your work activities daily Timely response to all customer inquiries, both inbound and outbound Enter detailed conversation notes, including payment arrangements Perform consistently to meet performance standards set by the manager Qualifications High school degree Experience in long term care or retail pharmacy environment preferred Communication, problem solving and organizational skills a must Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Able to work independently as well as in a diverse, team environment Reliable, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills Pharmacy Technician license is required 1 year of billing, long term care or retail pharmacy experience desired Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that should be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
