The RCM Analyst Future is responsible for analyzing and modeling existing business processes and financial results. The goal of business process analysis is to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement. The role will analyze complex business problems and issues using data to provide insight to decision makers and implement process changes and process improvements that are sustainable and repeatable. The role will be responsible for leveraging modeling tools to document and trend financial results and forecast expected results.
You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client financial data to determine best model for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) opportunity.
This role will be work with both the sales and operations team within the RCM organization.
This is a highly collaborative role within a fun and professional team. There will be significant client interactions over the phone to help determine their financial model and ask appropriate questions to help the sales team offer the right solution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Very strong MS Excel skills. Strong understanding of Excel formulas especially in use of financial models.
Coursework in financial analysis, economics, statistics required.
Demonstrated ability to manage a project including organization and time management skills.
Currently in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree - preferably in Accounting or Finance or similar area
Previous exposure to healthcare environments is preferred.
An interest and curiosity to learn more about computer technology is needed
Desired experience: VPNs, PCAnywhere, RemoteDesktop, Citrix, etc.
