Rbt/Behavior Technician - Ft/Pt

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Anderson, South Carolina.

Responsibilities:

• Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Introduces safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers

• Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation

• Collects behavior data including and records data in CentralReach after each session

• Participate in training and clinical supervision

• Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts

Education, Experience and Other Requirements:

• Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)

• Required: Valid driver's license and transportation

• Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelors or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification

All non registered BTs are required to obtain their RBT within 60 days of hire.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative and not all inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand; using hands and fingers; Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.

Working Environment:

• Travel between client's homes will be required.

• Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30 pm

Pay Rate: up to $28 hourly.
