What you'll do:

System Administrator is part of the Demand & Supply Planning System Centre of Excellence and responsible for global operation of RapidResponse across Veoneer. Responsible for the development of system capabilities as well as securing daily operations including integrations.

• Address integration issues and data inconsistencies, and pinpoint root cause.

• Collect information on system problem/issues develop solutions and corrective actions.

• Troubleshooting support and guidance to Level 1 RapidResponse users.

• Work with ERP Leads across the organization.

• Secure and coordinate deployment of the production environment.

• Provide customers critical and relevant information in a timely, adequate manner as required.

• Ensure successful implementation of system improvements by proactively working with other IT areas.

• Ensure that all IT-stakeholders are well informed by visualizing and sharing the agreed upon development plan.

• Proactively contribute to the deployment of RapidResponse, suggest ways to improve and when necessary, raise issues that cannot be handled by the System Admin alone.

• As part of the Centre of Excellence, you have Authority to decide on priority of items required to deploy RapidResponse.

• Ensure successful cooperation with the stakeholders by aligning priorities and recommending how to use the deliveries to achieve common goals.

• As part of the Centre of Excellence proactively and on demand make the system available to the users.

What you'll bring:

• M.S. or B.S. degree in Supply Chain Management

• At least 5 years of experience in relevant field. 2-3 years of RapidResponse experience

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proven ability to understand complex systems (technically and organizationally)

• Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques

• Proven ability solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches

• Overall, a highly results-oriented, curious, creative and nimble problem solver who uses hands-on technical data analytics skills

• Excellent communication skills both in speaking and writing English

• Strong IT-knowledge, experience with ERP (JDE, QAD and/or M3) would be an benefit
