The Rapid Response Nurse (RRN) will work toward improving inpatient outcomes by providing means for rapid identification and timely intervention with patients in decline.# Supports readiness to respond to critical events, and responds to all codes, RTT calls, medic calls, STEMI alerts (as needed), trauma alerts, trauma stats, and code OB.## Also responsible for rounding on prior ICU and other high risk patients.# Serves as an educational and compliance resource, assists with patient progression and inpatient procedures as needed.


Required:


Graduate from an accredited professional school of nursing with current Massachusetts RN licensure.# Five years minimum experience as a registered nurse in a critical care unit.


Must be proficient in the following skills:


IABP, IMPELLA, EKOS, IO, CRRT.# Current BLS and ACLS Must
