RAN Support Engineer

Position: RAN Support Engineer (Alpharetta, Georgia) - Telecommuting Position - may be performed anywhere in the U.S.

Duties: Support post-launch optimization and alarm management for UMTS/LTE/5G RAN networks. Facilitate deployment of new sites/carriers to improve the coverage and the UMTS/LTE/5G footprint in various markets. Support in-house deployment team in the integration process to optimize scope of delivery.

Perform KPI and alarm analysis. Perform initial system configuration and network monitoring activities during different network phases and perform troubleshooting where necessary. Provide support for construction and integrations of new elements in the customer RAN network.

Provide support to field crews who are involved in construction and integration of RAN elements. Provide support in clearing alarms on new and existing RAN elements in ENM platform. If interested, please e-mail resume to:
