Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA is seeking to hire a Flexi/PRN Radiology Tech to work rotating shift/ as needed.
Must be a graduate of a Radiology Tech program accredited by ARRT. ARRT Registry or registry eligible.
Conducts general diagnostic radiological imaging studies of patients, within scope of demonstrated competency under the direction of a qualified physician, to include: positioning of patient for demonstration of correct anatomy/pathology, operation of radiation producing equipment, operation of the electronic Radiology systems and preparation of patient room/equipment/medications.
Phlebotomy competency for lab may be required for certain sites that do both Radiology and Lab.
Job Summary

Qualifications:
TS - Trade School Graduate (Required)
ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) - Certifications
Other/National, Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification
American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
Basic managerial experience of coordinating the work of others, Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems
