Position: Radiology Technologist II CT Scan

Location: Newburgh

Position Qualifications:

A CT Technologist performs all required exams ensuring high quality patient care and adequate radiation protection at all times. The CT Technologist will perform all general, invasive, and imaging processes and procedures involved in CT.

Education/Training: Satisfactory completion AMA approved school for Diagnostic Radiologic Technology. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Experience: One year experience as a Radiologic Technologist required, and must have completed on the job training in CT. Must possess a high degree of knowledge and understanding in services and technology.

Licensure, Registration or Certification: Must be licensed by New York State, and registered by the ARRT.

Must possess certification to administer contrast media from New York State. Must be CPR certified from the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association or other sponsoring institution approved by NYS.
