Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma Required

  • Experience: Experience in healthcare environment Preferred

  • Additional Skills Required: Data entry and manipulation skills. Ability to solve problems on an independent basis. Ability to multitask. Medication Training - Competency and training will be required, which will be validated upon completing of the mandatory on-line medication training module.

Position Information: The Team Leader, Radiology is responsible for clinical duties and the performance of all patient services as assigned in the Urgent Care department. Assists the division leadership in the workflow coordination of employees. The Team Leader works with leadership to assist staff with the performance of duties, educational programs, orientation and the ongoing training of employees. Identifies opportunities to improve patient safety, services and operational workflow. Participates in projects and programs designed to reduce error, improve safety, improve quality and improve patient experience.
