Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG (if applicable) service to nursing homes, health care facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities.


  • Perform and process X-Rays and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.

  • Perform EKGs and transmit EKGs to a Cardiologist for interpretation.

  • Demonstrate regular attendance.

  • Communicate efficiently and perform professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.

  • Maintain required State licenses/ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements.


  • Attend meetings as required.Submit accurate and timely time sheets as per protocol.

  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule through Supervisors and Bio-med. Other responsibilities including: scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, and mailings.

  • Perform special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers

  • Train other technologists as required.

We are Chest Pain Accredited and hold a Medical Surgical HCA Unit of Distinction. We are currently seeking a Full Time Night Shift Medical Technologist to join our team. Essential Job Functions include: * Performs required procedures in the department according to protocol. * Works in an independent manner. * Demonstrates proficiency in the designated section. * Prioritizes work to ensure completions within the assigned shift and within expected intervals, i.e., Stat, Routine, Urgent. * Assists the leadership in the completion of miscellaneous duties. May assist in the training and instruction of new employees and MLT students in clinical rotation. * Shares daily workload within the department including phlebotomy and processing. * Maintains good communication with supervisors, co-workers and customers. Respects patient confidentiality. Demonstrates an awareness of patient/client expectations and always seeks to satisfy. * Demonstrates proficiency in all laboratory computer related tasks. * Performs and documents instrument maintenance. Performs quality control according to established procedures. Troubleshoots instruments effectively when appropriate. * Understands and participates in laboratory QA plan, safety policies, emergency preparedness plan and infection control plan. * Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: * Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or related science (required) * Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology (preferred) LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: * National Certification in Medical Technology, MT-ASCP, or equivalent (preferred) EXPERIENCE: * Graduate of accredited school of Clinical Laboratory Science (required) * 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist (preferred) HOURS: * Full Time * Night Shift * Weekend & Holiday requirements We are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
